The Staff at the Virginia Skin Clinic defines the term "customer satisfaction." From the initial contact to make an appointment to the aesthetician who performs whatever service you desire, the staff makes you feel like you are the only client that they have. The Virginia Skin Clinic is not the first facility that I have used in Hampton Roads, but it is the only place where I would have skin care services performed. They advise you to have services done only that you need, not procedures that are unnecessary or do little to help your skin look better. I feel that I look considerably younger without costly procedures, and I am looking forward to have my husband become a client.

I am enthusiastically writing this letter of appreciation to the Virginia Skin Clinic. I started my laser hair removal treatment in the summer of 2006. I was invited into a very relaxing atmosphere, offered bottled water along with many other amenitites to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable which immediately put me at ease.

My aesthetician, DeAnna Bain, went over several options and thoroughly educated me on the process of laser hair removal before proceeding with the treatment. The hair removal treatment was painless and easy. DeAnna made sure that I was relaxed as soft music played in the background and the laser settings were adjusted to my comfort level. I was so comfortable, in fact, that at one point during my treatment, I actually fell asleep! The first treatment eliminated approximately 40% of the hair growth on my chest. I know that there would be multiple treatments involved as DeAnna had explainged to me the different phases of hair growth. The follow up visits thereafter completely removed the remaining hair in the treated areas.

I am 100% satisfied with the outcome, It has been a pleasuree being a patient of Virginia Skin Clinic and I plan to utilize them for other procedures in the future. I strongly encourage others to visit VSC to be informed of the many services and products available
